His Excellency, Dr. Agbu Kefas, on Thursday, May 29, 2025, commissioned medical equipment worth billions of naira, as well as electricity transformers, in a move aimed at strengthening the state’s healthcare system and improving power supply.
The newly commissioned medical equipment is part of the administration’s broader efforts to upgrade healthcare facilities and ensure that residents have access to modern and reliable medical services.
Speaking at the event, Governor Kefas reiterated his administration’s commitment to ensuring electricity reaches all parts of the state, including remote communities, as part of ongoing infrastructural development.
The commissioning marks another milestone in the Governor’s drive to deliver tangible improvements in critical sectors across Taraba State.
